Have you ever have this feeling?

Like you've studied for your exam. Everything was OK, not excellent but OK. You were busy consoling people who are scared.

Then suddenly, eh, I think I am scared la. And then yes, you became scared and you started panicking and all that.

Have it ever happened to you? Or am I weird?

I mean I was alright at first until I think I am scared. Then I became scared. Why like this? I am scared now. Suddenly I feel like I don't know anything.

What I do whenever I have this feeling is to
1. Wash my face
2. Breathe.. slowly, counting 1-10
Dunno if it will work with you or not.

Just take iteasy dear, you just take a deep breath and let go slowly.. do it for a few times it always help me to feel relax especially during interviews and my classroom 'observations'.
