Four eyes girl

Isn't that what everyone call girls with specs? It's in Cantonese though. Anyway, having to wear eyeglasses for about 7 years in my life, I know, sad way to start your secondary school life huh? Well, to wear it for 7 years, I think I've spent quite a fortune on eyeglasses cause it's so EXPENSIVE now. I used to make one which cost me RM70.

Don't do it. Cause I later found out the power is too low. And then I went to make a RM200 one and the power is too high. I don't know what these people are doing. Anyway, I think eyes are very important for us and it's essential to find cheap and good eyeglasses shop to make ours cause it's always good to be able to save money.

I found this site online called ZenniOptical.com. ZenniOptical.com sells Stylish Prescription Glasses Online from $8. That is like below RM 30? You can get a huge selection of frames (very important to stay 'IN'), with single vision lens, sunsensor (potochromic) lens, tinted sunglasses lens, bifocal lens and progressive lens. Malaysians will definitely say, "Why so cheap? What's the catch? Well, the secret to the Low Prices is that they sell only their own manufactured frames direct to the customer with no middleman. I think that explains it all. Besides, this site, Chicago Tribune, wrote an article about it and explain them in such in detail manner, you'll get to know whatever you need or want to there.

It's time to change my specs too. The one I am wearing cost me about RM200++. Spend faster than earn. T.T

Finally, the winners have been announced

After more than 3 months, the winner for Project Trafford have been announced. Nicolekiss's team won if you want to know. Nevertheless, I am proud of what our team had came up with. A pat on the back for every BUMPERS. It was a great experience la. And heh, good money. XD

I shall re-link everyone here although my daily hits damn little. Act like I very sau foon yeng like that lar. XD Our team leader PinkPau. I totally changed my opinion about her blog after that. I used to feel lazy when I see her lengthy post but oi, damn addictive okay? Next is Clare. Whoops, I just found out about her dad's passing. Sorry Clare.

Then it's Justina, who is in US. Pretty wokay?? She enjoys dressing up and she always looks good in it one. Not fair hor? XD The guys are Bryan and Mr. Badak. Two Bs. Lol, Bryan is a Shouter like me and eh, he post about advertisement of room renting for gays only, I go baca now, kaypo. So open-minded already meh Malaysians. Mr Badak, man of few words but does his thing well. Come to think of it, he don't talk much either when we were doing that project. Or perhaps we are a bit too chi cha. XD

Ok la, finally the thing has ended. To tell the truth, I also forgot they have not announced winner cause the thing has dragged on for so long. =)) Hopefully Nuffnang kasi more chance lar. You know, having sales in the mall is nothing when there's no money. XD

PS: OI, I forget to congratulate, bukan jealous hor? XD Congrats Nicolekiss's team. XD So, jom kita pi celebrate, you all treat. XD

I love cheap deals!!!

Just came back from Paradise hotel. There's this warehouse sales there of famous brands like Victoria Secret, Guess, Levis, MNG, Quik Silver, CK and stuff. But the sales have been there since Thursday so we couldn't find any clothes we like.

We bought Victoria Secrets bra though. Cheap cheap RM10. Who don't like cheap deals? We all do. I was browsing through the internet and saw this
thanksgiving ads. A little too early hor? I mean for the ad.

Anyway, we all love cheap deals, whether if its on days before any festivals, during or after. As long as there's sales, we love it. That is what that thanksgiving ads were about la, about sales after thanksgiving where you can get super cheap deals cause festival over already, no one buy presents already. When demand goes down and supply remains, what happens??? Econs my dear, price goes down. And you should buy it then to prepare for another festival coming up cause the items will be the same, but prices will increase with low supply, high demands. =) Enough of my Econs lesson.

When is our sales ar? August ar? Means I have to earn more money now to support my sapu activity then. I don't used to shop kay? I grow up already. T.T

Sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite

Isn't this what the ang mo parents like to tell their kids? My mum very Asian, never tell me that. =P And thank god I never get bitten by bed bugs. Or maybe I did but I didn't know. You can't possibly tell cause it looks like normal mosquito bites.

There this site that show us how to identify and how to kill bedbug , where we often get them and how we bring bed bugs into our homes. By the way, bed bugs is not only on your bed. I think it's just a name for it since it is usually found there but they are in different places as well. Eh, maybe I was bitten before but I don't know about it cause it looks like
mosquito bites here.

Anyway, one of the way to detect if you have bed bugs in your house is look out for this

It is a bed bug's waste and if you have this at home with the mosquito bites look alike, most probably you have bed bugs in your house. So, I guess you cannot sleep tight and not get bed bugs bite then. Look for the solution on the site then. And no, you cannot catch them, it's not that easy. They appear dawn a few times a week only. Now I am feeling the itch already. Pantang see such things.

Getting unknown calling you

Have you ever got like people who call you but their name do not appear on your phone? Let's say like some company, their number is not registered to your list and you don't know who the heck called. And you want to check them out, you can really make use of this function, Reverse Cell Phone Lookup , to check who called.

This website is easy to navigate. Once you are in it, you will see a column for you to key in the numbers and check who called. I think this is a good function because sometimes we missed some calls and the number is not something you are familiar with. I have this super terrible habit that I'll be restless if I don't know who called. And I ended up calling back to ask, "Eh, who are you har?" Damn funny right? You called people and ask who they are. Feel so awkward. So I would rather use this function.

Besides that, you can also use this No Call List function. Now this is power. You can avoid those harassing calls you always get by unknown. As Reverse Cell Phone Lookup requires some fees, No Call List is a better choice as it's free. Most people will make do with this function as you do not even have to check who called, you can just block them. I think this is pretty cool aye. Unless of course you often meet up with new friends and getting new numbers. =P

Higher Band, Less Earnings?

Despite showing us how each of our ad-box (the leaderboard etc) perform, like how many stars, I still don't get the band thingie. Higher band means more earnings right? And these earnings are fixed? At first I thought they are cause I have a few Band 1, 2 and 3 ads that pay their respective amounts.

Then how come recently I received a Band 5 one with less earning compared to Band 3. Is it up to the advertisers how much they wish to pay us? Then how do we know exactly what to expect from each band?

And the bands, is it like more visitors higher band? And then how come on the same week, I got two ads and they both belongs to different bands and pays differently too? Just curious. Not that I'll know how to optimize my earnings pun. Other than bringing in traffic, I apa pun tak tau dah. They pay berapa, I take berapa. Better than none.

I wonder got people so rajin go kaji the chart or not. =P

*****
Thanks to innit my unique visits naik until pang pang seng. Also, Cindy, I write about her, my UV naik pang pang seng. Got a happy amount of ads since then and hopefully, it'll continue la.

***********
This people really want to snatch away my dream to earn more through blogging. People baru start to earn, they pula want to launch blogging courses. Who would take up blogging courses la? Might as well take mass comm journalism. Works the same right? What if in future they say Malaysian cannot be bloggers without a degree and sue us until our pants drop (some canto proverbs) if we blog? Blogging doesn't need what power language. It's the way we don't type perfect English that is fun.

What's the point of blogging when you can't get exactly what you have in mind, be it in English, Malay, campur or all the lahs? Now they offer this course, in future, they want you to register yourselves and get a licence to blog pula. Sien nia. Later when I turn 24, I want to be like Nicolekiss or XiaXue or DawnYang (hopefully 4 years is enough to turn prettier. =P), or when I gets older I want to blog and earn as much as Kennysia also cannot liao. Don't offer us the bloggers any course la. We are happy blogging like this. Kam xia, now, bounce off (canto- Tan Hoi)

ps: Sorry, forget to link the info I got from. Not from newspaper. Lama didn't read already. Got it from bloggers, DavidLian and InfoYouthDotCom.

SocialSpark is live!!!

Few months ago I received an email inviting me to join SocialSpark and after some research, it's actually another site like PayPerPost. I signed up to see what it has in store for me. I do like the new site because it means more opportunities for us, the bloggers to grab right?

However, I do find the site a little too crowded with things and it is not exactly the most user-friendly site, in fact, it's far from user friendly. I have not accepted any opportunities or done anything to my account cause I don't know what they want and how can I take up opportunities. I seriously love the idea of new site to link us with the advertisers but first, we have to make sure we know how to use it.

I accepted two friends request although I don't know what they are for. I seriously have trouble moving about in the site but there are many people already starting to earn from it I am going home to check it out tonight and hopefully, I can relate my experience here. I took months to get my PPP right anyway. I know, so teruk right? I damn lembab.

Anyway, if you want to add a friend or something, go add me, Ping Ping, here. I prefer promoting myself. Ha-ha. So syok sendiri right? But I don't know anyone there yet to introduce you to their accounts, so, intro myself first la.

This post is sponsored by SocialSpark

ps: Another thing is, it is so hard to access to Social Spark!!!! The page got "hang" for so many times today. >=(

No need surgery also can?

We all know there are a lot of artiste who did some touch up on their breast. Jolin for instance, bullshit la what herbs. I don't believe herbs will make her a G cup lor. Else, she really should be the ambassador of the herbs and sell it like how she sell her album. Be grateful what.

Anyway, recently I came across this site (no, I am not planning to do breast enhancement), it says that we can do it without surgery leh! You don't have to go under a knife, cut here and there, sew back, and be in pain to be pretty leh. All these breast enhancement creams, and massage, will they really work? But I heard that they do lor. Imagine, rubbing some cream onto it and you'll leave the airport forever. Now, this is interesting.

If you think, what la, rubbing cream like this, where can work? Apparently, when you massage it, it'll like merangsang some of your nerves and stuff and ta-da, it gets bigger. And it's not even swollen, so don't worry of it getting back to the airport when the swollen is over. Besides cream, there's also breast enhancement pills. Some people don't believe in massage and cream. They only believe it'll work if it's being consume, goes into your body and do it's miracle work there.

I've heard of drinks and herbs that will work but I never really think they exist. Come on, if it's so easy, no one is going under knife already. Who is so dumb to be in pain when they can do it in a painless way? But then again, if it doesn't work, will they remain in the market for so long? Have any of you tried these and does it work? I am curious and NO, I don't need it. Just kaypo.

I think we should all give this cream a chance. I dare not take the pills if you ask me cause I don't know if it's safe to take something but the cream, can think about it. I cannot imagine going under knife. Just by the thought of it, I feel pains on my body. I think my friends know. They cannot talk about donating organs, giving birth and injuries or accidents to me, I get aches at kawasan-kawasan yang berkenaan. I don't know why but aiya, I cannot la. Think also geli already.

So, any airport wants to be a mountain? Check them out. Neh, finish liao, education on women's part of body. =P

LimCorp.net

I was blog hopping and came across this blog, limcorp . This blog is really interesting especially to me who is still considering about getting a new domain. I am a lousy wordpress user and this blogger blogged about wordpress. So I got interested and read on la.

Besides that, I just found out that I can apply debit card in Public Bank. Am considering it to get money out of my paypal. =P He blogged about the whole process and at least I won't freak out when the same thing happened to me. Ha-ha. I am a freak queen.

Besides IT, he blogs about food too and man, I love desserts. =P The pictures are enough to make me drool. I like the blog because the layout is simple and my computer was not lagging when I read it. There's also some tips on how to bring in traffic and many other very useful information for those who have their own domain and are using wordpress. Will bookmark it and read more at home.

Go check limcorp out.

I am no longer earning a bowl of hokkien mee!!

I used to think my nuffnang account can never exceed RM5 for I was stucked with RM2.30 for many many many months. My sis and I keep talking about our one bowl of hokkien mee. Then I got upgraded and became a bowl of hokkien mee with extra prawns or something. Now, I can get 10 bowls of wantan mee, at certain places la since the price has gone up.

I think innit play a big part as more nuffnang-ers know my existence. It was pretty a mood spoiler at first when you don't earn much but hey, RM0.25 for just blogging whatever you like leh. I don't mind lor. Just hang in there and you'll eventually get more. Besides, I think apart from the money, it's the feeling of someone does read your blog that makes me feel good. I mean I was like talking to myself all the time when I first blogged. In fact, it felt like whatever I write doesn't matter. But now, I got a bit semangat to go and find things to blog and be happy blogging about it. I'll check my unique visits (a super good function by nuffnang), how people get to my blog, which keywords and stuff daily and man it feels good to know that people reads.

Besides, now that it gets to RM20, muahahaha, I lagi-lah don't mind. It feels good. Hopefully soon it'll bring my blogging to another level la. Then maybe, just maybe, even if I don't get to study journalism in USM, I can still be a journalist. For now, I am a blogger. =P

And to add icing to the cake, I won RM100 for writing a post about MDG in my another blog lo. Syok-ness. Nuffnang is more than what I thought it was. I was rather de-motivated yesterday about blogging as my .com PR dropped to 0 but hey, RM100 is USD30 already, it's okay. Ha-ha.

Man, I love blogging.

ps: If you have not joined, go to http://www.nuffnang.com.my/ and sign up. And be patient. =)

Cheap Phone Cards

I remember my sis used to call me from New Zealand using international phone cards. Mum used to buy a card like that last time to call her as well. Now we don't have to anymore cause she is back to annoy me every single day. =P And to sayang and pamper me.

I believe communication is the most important thing in relationship after trust. If you trust each other but do not communicate enough, sooner or later, the trust will also be broken. It's like a package. My sis's boyfriend calls her every single night (or alternate) from Singapore cause we do not have microphone and the only way they can talk and listen to each other is through phone. To me from talking, you get to hear the other person's voice, and their feelings, whether they are excited, tired, happy, sad, troubled or simply bored.

I come across this website that sells cheap
prepaid phone card. If the one you wish to call is in Malaysia, you should check Mandarin Garden out. The rate is cheapest for Asia countries. There are many other very interestingly designed phone cards, each with a theme and several countries at cheapest rate so that you get the most benefit out of it.

All Phone Card and Calling Cards are delivered online instantly. Getting phone cards have never been easier.

SEO and programming website

SEO stands for search engine optimization. I bought this book about how to earn money from blogging and it states something about SEO. I read from another website where SEO is the main topic. I know that we need to learn SEO so that we know which words to use as our title and thus increase the percentage of people getting to our blog while searching for stuff they want. This means it'll help to increase our unique visits and if the readers link us and return to read more, our PR increases. SEO is like a way we advertise our own blog.

Anyway, this blogger mentioned that every page has it's own Page Rank or PR. Now this is new to me. I do not know how to bring people to link me up other than promoting my own blog everywhere. However, this blogger seems to know how to increase PR. I know all bloggers who wants to earn some side income would definitely love higher PR.

This website certain teaches us how to increase our PR and I think it's pretty informative. I am hopping there now to learn a trick or two and seriously, you should have a look. He will teach you how to do the
pagerank calculation. Follow closely and you might be able to get it. =)

Mailbox and address plaques

I remember my sister once had her mailbox stolen. How can someone steal a mailbox? It happened in New Zealand though. In the end, they had to make their own mailbox that looks like this

-.-" so teruk right?

Anyway, I came across this website that sells mailbox and address plaques. They have a wide range of mailbox to choose from. There's one where you often see them on television especially for those farm house. Of course this is a little more modern.

I think this one is cool though.

So England lol.

This is to measure temperature and wind. Lol, so advance. No more termometer (like the one you put under your armpit)

This is special!! Turn the bird.

Review on Jaxons.org

The blogger blogs about how to make money. Now that is interesting. I am not good enough as a freelance writer but he has this program where you write articles and earn from it. Not the paidpost type though. You should hop over to have a look. I guess it's time for us to start embracing Internet culture and write to earn. It used to be so impossible for just anyone to write and earn money at the same time. Now, with the internet, everyone is doing it. Don't be left out. =)

Besides that, he also blogs about computer stuff like Wordpress which I never got around to know how things work. I let my friend to deal with problems at my another blog that uses wordpress. =P He updates on news and entertainment like musics too.

Seriously, if you enjoy reading news on what's happening to the cyber world, what programs to use, reviews on certain program, you should go there and have a look. It is an easy reading blog. There's entries on his daily updates on and off. It is a very informative blog to me.

A review on 5kelana.blogspot.com

I have totally forgotten about this post I am suppose to put up about him. He is currently living in Melbourne with his wife and three daugthers (hey, just like my family!!). He is a Malaysian but currently staying in Melbourne.

He blogs about almost everything under the sun, his family, daily ramblings, of weather in Melbourne and stuff like that. It is interesting to read about other places instead of our own. Man, makes me want to go to Australia badly now. T.T

He has a garden of his own and he eats vegetables from his garden. I want a garden too!! But I can't even keep my fishes alive, let alone vegetables. -.-" His blog is really interesting as he shows us the culture and norm of the Australians on his blog. He shows us the shopping mall, the kids and their school, the interesting and beautiful places in Melbourne, and whatever he experiences there. I feel like I
travel all the way there to see and feel how it's like to be in his shoes. Not that I want a wife with three daughters. -.-"

Despite staying in Melbourne with his family, he did not lose his roots. He kept himself updated with the election results and no, I am not talking about who he supports. It's a personal choice afterall. To know what it's like to be in Melbourne, hop on. Enjoy your ride. =P

Insane yo-yo price

Isn't it always the same case during festive seasons? We see prices hike up so fast and drop just as fast. You will see things like CNY deco at darn expensive prices. Of course you see those 3 for RM10 ones too but seriously, do you really really like the design and quality?

I've come across some decorations that cost RM20 for that one red deco. Yea, so you can decorate your entire house with ONE decoration cause it's so expensive. We just moved into our house few days before Christmas last year. Though we eyed on christmas trees, both big and small ones, we knew we won't have the chance to buy it that very year.

One day after Christmas, which was the boxing day, the price of that very same tree we saw was on a discount. A 70% discount!!! I urged my sisters to get some small decorations cause they will definitely cost bomb next year. They refused to. And the following day, no more christmas stuff. It was all Chinese New Year stuff.

We managed to buy a white Christmas tree alike to use as our earring hanger and it was about RM11 only compared to RM60 earlier. Everyone loved it.

Anyway, I just found out that they have this special name for Monday after Thanksgiving which is called cybermonday. If I am not mistaken, the day after Thanksgiving is called
black friday. People in US buy Christmas presents on both days because things are cheaper then. It is afterall a day after Thanksgiving which is also a big festival in US. If that is not enough, cybermonday is offering presents at cheaper price with great offers. They give special offers and they even update the consumers on latest products and such. It's much convenient isn't it? For those who do not have time to go around the shopping mall, fighting with 500 other people for Christmas presents. Besides, who doesn't like special offers? And you get to do it at the comfort of your own house.

This site let people purchase Cyber Monday items online and features discounts and sales that various merchants are offering. They also offer email alerts that let you know when new cyber monday sales have been posted.

Car hunting

Our current car is too small for us already. My sis owns a Kenari but to fit 3 not-so-thin people at the back, it is not spacious enough. So we are currently car hunting but just look around as we are not in a rush to have a new car. Until, of course I begin my Uni life and drive too.

In Malaysia, you will need your friends or go around car dealers to look at the cars, listen to professional and personal advices and then search around for the color, the price and the condition that you can tolerate or accept. This will in fact take up lots of time because it is not that easy to get the car you want, the color you want, the condition that is acceptable and at a reasonable price.

We opt for used car because we believe that buying a brand new car is not worth it. It is very common for people in Malaysia to change their car often because some enjoys buying new cars and changing them all the time, the rich people I mean.

I find this website where they deal with
used cars a cool one because BuyYourCar.co.uk has a simple to use Search. All you have to do is type in the make and model of the car you’re looking for as well as a few other options like colour, price range, location and who you would prefer to buy from: a private owner or a dealer (or both!) and you are on your way to find your dream car.

You can also choose how you want the results to be sorted: by Latest Offers, Distance, Lowest or Highest Prices which is very convenient because by knowing the distance the car has travelled, you can compare and see if the price is worth it. That's what we are doing now.

By offering the cheapest prices available for any used car online, BuyYourCar.co.uk is able to guarantee that they offer very competitive rates.

They even provide their Buying Advice section which features excellent advice on what to ask the seller (i.e., Why are you selling the vehicle? Are you the original owner? How many miles on the clock?), how to inspect
used cars both before and after a test drive (there are nine points pre-test drive and at least seven points post-test drive: best advice is to look at the car during the daytime and to also listen for any strange sounds as well as to paying attention to any unusual smells!), safe buying tips and as if that weren’t enough, they also provide you with an 18 points buyer’s checklist! These are very important when you buy used cars because we have to check the whole history in order not to be bombarded with problems in future.

Now, buying car is a lot more easier. Too bad they are not in Malaysia. It's a very good one you know?

Another chance for bad credits?

With the increase of the usage of credit cards, people as young as early twenties are in heavy debts. I guess the temptation to be able to have something you could not pay for in the past is that strong, people often over spends. And because they spend more than they earn, their debts accumulate and they are soon a bankrupt.

Someone who cannot pay for his loans are labelled as bad credit and when that happens, there goes all your bright future. You will live in rented house, using public transportation and branded stuff are so so so far out of reach. You cannot own a house, a car just because you cannot apply for loans. Who will lend money to someone with bad credit stamped on his forehead? How can someone who can't pay up his/her credit card able to pay up his loan? You can only own properties if you can pay for it in full and without installment. You must be one heck of a rich man to be able to do that and if you are rich, you won't even be labelled as a bad credit in the first place. In another words, it is IMPOSSIBLE!

The website.

This is happening widely in America. Many people are labelled as bad credits. This got a few organization to be concern about the matter and set up loans for bad credits. They willing to give these bad credits a second chance, a chance to have their life back providing they do not do what they used to, refused to pay up. BadCreditOffers.com is a leading comparison website for people with bad credit loans featuring credit cards , home loans, auto loans, personal loans, and etc. The site's "
bad credit card" section allows the consumers to compare 10 of the top credit cards on the market which are willing to give bad credit cards holder a second chance and links them to the online applications. Consumers can then survey and apply for the offer that's suitable for them, and by making payments on time they can start their credit and, perhaps, planning a stable financial future.

Then they can have their normal life back, to earn and own properties that are solely belongs to them.
