Back in this place.

See? I can't even bear to call it by a proper name. Hah, just kidding. As much as I don't like coming back, I have to admit, there's occasionally fond memories. Wei Wei, hold your tongue thankyouverymuch.

I'm back, with assignments I did not do during holidays, story books I never got around to finish reading (i really should finish them) and much more. I can't say I totally hate this place because I know Him better here and I believe I am placed here for a reason, a reason only He knows while it's for me to find out.

=)) End of holidays, now get back to work!!!!

Pictures from Emmoes outing. If you noticed, I stopped writing outing post or food post and I rarely upload pictures now. I guess because I've uploaded them in Facebook and anyone who would want to see my pictures are my friends thus in my Facebook so there's no such need to blog about it anymore.

Bad I know but sigh, what to do? Anyways, we are all grown ups now. If you notice, even June has grown out of her specs and every one, I think there's a need to stress this. EVERYONE is with make-up now. =)) And everyone looks so good with make-up (although we looked ok without make-up). We can now exchange make-up tips. *beams*

Love you girls. It's amazing how after 4 years, despite studying in different courses, different places, we can still go to malls, hang out, eat, play games, camwhore like we used to back when we were 17. It's amazing how the things we talk about are still the same, we can still laugh over the same thing and we've not grown apart, not one bit. Instead I believe we are much closer now compared to when we were younger. Please, keep it this way.

Yi Lin brought us to Kapitan & Gasoline

Note: Title is like that because Win and I can't drive. So there's always someone who'll fetch us to go to places. So in future, I'll name my posts like this. =))

It was the night before I'll leave for KL and the last time I see Swee Win for this holiday. Dressed up and left home at about 9.30p.m.

Ordered cheese naan only to be greeted with shiny layer of oil. Wasted lots of tissue papers, wiping the oil off the naan. What is this man. After eating our so-called supper, they suggested that we go to Gasoline at Time Square. I've never been there. I've been to Gasolines in KL but never the one in Penang so we said YES!

Win was a little late so we took pictures while walking to Gasoline.

Then Win is not there yet so we took more camwhore pictures in the 'cave'. We were supposed to be cavewoman.

Then Win came. With her mum.

If you don't know how Win calls someone, refer to above picture. Swee Win is hitting her mum (hard) to ask her what she wants to order.

Then we took a IC photo. T__T Sit so straight. Bag used to hide tummy.

While waiting for the food, we took even more photos. Last photo on the left is to show that I got long fingers while Yi Lin doesn't. =)) And us pointing at a unsuspecting bat.

Food comes and TARZAN IS THE BEST DRINK EVER!!!! Chocolate with banana. Bestest. Order Tarzan ok? You don't have to be Jane.

Then again, mandatory pictures with food. Don't ask me why lok, it's like a tradition. We always pose with food. Had a great night with these lovelies and got home slightly after 1am. Gosh, gonna miss everyone when everyone is no longer in Penang. =((

Shan brought us to Roti Bakar Arang

The title said it all. It started with me asking Shan if she knows there's a shop in town selling bread that is toasted with charcoal. She went home ask daddy and ajak-ed us for a breakfast trip. So off we went.

The three girls who left home slightly after 10.30 a.m. just for bread at the top right picture. It is actually at a small lane somewhere alone Kampung Malabar. In between coffee shops.

They really uses charcoal to toast the bread. The top part they boil water for coffee and other beverages while the bottom part they toast the bread. There's three types of bread, normal, coffee and chocolate. On our trip, the coffee one finished. So we had two normals and one chocolate.

Yums, and three sets of eggs. Win had a packet of nasi lemak as well. Her favourite food in the world.

After eating our breakfast, we went to Gurney again for the N times that week. I was actually supposed to find stuff to wear for the Standout Party but to no avail. So we went Kim Gary for lunch.

We are busy women. All busy with handphones.

Ordered these yummies. Ate in a rush because Shan's brother is waiting for us in TARC. T___T Why is it that when Win and I are around, we are always late for something?

One more to end this post. Sigh, she's back in Sabah already. Will only see her in Nov/Dec.

Diana brought us to Bowling + Pasar Malam

One of our favourite sport is bowling. OK FINE! Other than shopping, it's the only sport I do with them. So few weeks ago, we decided that we should go for bowling at least once before Swee Win flies back to Sabah. So off we went to One-Stop (Midlands Park Mall).

Tell you what, don't bother, Penang is so lousy now that it is closed already la. No more bowling in 1-stop. Don't go, waste parking money only. Damn angry. We climbed so many floors up okay? Just to be greeted with this.
I don't believe that they close for renovation. No business in 1-stop also.

We refused to give up and went to Penang Bowl instead. It's full. It's freaking full on a Wednesday. So we waited. And ordered food while waiting. T___T But before the food arrives, our lane is ready.

We changed our shoes and WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE UNCLE? PEOPLE WANT 7 GIVE LA 7. Gave me 6 then I cannot tahan cause leg pain. So I went and change to 7 again. Ma fan only.
Before we even get to start the game, the food arrived. Talk about bad timing. Sigh. We ordered English Muffin, Toast (mine) and 3 sets of Tom Yam (the other three girls). If you are wondering, the Tom Yam taste much better already. I think when we were in Form 6, we went, spicy till every mouth we put in, we'll choke okay?
Whee haaa...showing our skills. Actually that day no skills. Bowled quite badly but couldn't care less because I suck like that. Finished the game with a few cuci longkang, and brought back a sad result of 50++. Who says the president of Bowling Club has to be able to bowl??? We are presidents to do shit work okay?

Camwhored a little while waiting for them to finish up their food. Adiks, makan cepat sikit.

Then went out and decided to take moreeee photos with the sea. There's one picture where Yi Lin is cut out. Bottom, second picture. Sorry Yi Lin.

Then we took some silly/nonsense face picture. I miss them already. T__T After much camwhoring, we proceeded to the Pasar Malam where we had a food war la. Bought so much, our family thought it's our first visit to the night market.

Feasting on more food that eventually, we gave up. Rule of the thumb, DO NOT BUY SO MUCH FOOD, CAN DIE.

Shan brought us back to the past

Two weeks ago, I went back to my secondary school to get my soon-to-be-sent-back-to-JPA STPM cert. It wasn't my fault ok? I went back once and it was deserted. T______T Because it was a public holiday. Mana I tau??? I was on a study break myself.
Wheee...
#1. where teachers park their car. Not any teachers okay? Big shot teachers with cars that fits their title. Big also.

#2. pee-cee-cee where I paid RM10 monthly to learn what I learnt in my computer class last sem. Failed badly during secondary school but miraculously did ok in uni. I know why, I used to play computer games in my computer class back then. Ali Khattan is too fierce, I dare not play in his class now.

#3. On the way to visit my favourite hang out place when I was in Form6, the library. IF YOU THINK WHAT IS THIS? PING LOVES LIBRARY? NONSENSE, SHE DOESN'T EVEN STUDY. Well, you are half right. I go to library for the air-cond only, thankyouverymuch.

#4. Me pretending to read at the sofa where we sometimes take short naps.

We loved to hide in between the shelves of books to talk or read because we get to browse till we've chosen which book we really want to bring to the table. Sometimes I sit there to talk to Swee Win and Yi Lin who was on duty as librarian.

Well, this few pictures totally summed up what I did in the library back in Form 6. I either talk or I sleep. Sigh.

They is got new table outside the labs for people like us to sit and mengeratkan hubungan silaturahim.

And they changed the clock. THEY CHANGED THE FREAKING CLOCK!!! Picture #3. Yi Lin and I was busy pointing at the unusually short tree that we took picture with 2 years ago.

Our whale and er turtle with lepers. Seriously, white elephant la these two. Waste so much money to build them and they serve NO purpose at all. NONE, ZERO.

Ah Shan came and brought us to New World Park and it rained so heavily. We were drenched because the architect and the contractor who built NWP are dumbos like that. When it rains, even if you are sitting inside, you'll get wet. T___T APANI???

Win calls them the Paparazzi shots. More like ugly random shots where it shows our kehodohan. Sigh. After Shan left we went Toy'R'Us.

And camwhored a little. Wheee. I was scared la. Because our legs are a little painful already, we decided to pamper ourselves and went to Manila Place for some dessert and to rest our legs with glam.

We ordered Mango Pancake which I think Diana will be so jealous of. =P We ordered some mix juice that I have forgotten the types of fruits.

Played around with the glass there and took nonsense shots of the two friends.

I like how silly we look because I am silly like that. Hehehe.

Right after we finished our pancake and rested our legs, we left Manila Place and Yi Lin wanted to eat some curly fries so curly fries we went. Got to A&W and ordered curly fries and waffle. T______T

We were completely flour overdose that day. But we had fun, we had. We had fun the next few days too but that will have to wait till I'm back from KL. =))
